Signazon.com Review

Overall Experience  

Our experience with Signazon.com was terrible. They acted very unprofessional and were unwilling to help us resolve our issue. After learning the order we placed was canceled, we contacted Signazon.com through live help, email, and phone until we were finally able to reach someone over the phone. We explained our situation, but the Signazon.com representative we spoke with wouldn't tell us the reason our order was canceled and even said:

We have the right to refuse service with anyone and we're tired of babysitting you.

Wow, are you serious? All we wanted to do was find out why our order was canceled and then place the same order again. Needless to say, we will never do business with Signazon.com again.

Signazon.com's Prices  

Signazon.com offers a wide selection of products: yard signs, car magnets, banners, vinyl lettering, oversized checks, and signage accessories. However, their prices are on the high side. If you're shopping by price and purchasing any sort of volume, we recommend choosing BuildASign since they offer the best volume discounts and provide great service.

Signazon.com's Quality  

We can't comment on the quality of Signazon.com's signage, because we never received a product from them. However, if their signage quality is anything at all like their customer service, you should stay far away.

Signazon.com's Customer Service  

Signazon.com's customer service is laughable. We realize that poor customer service is becoming the norm these days, but Signazon.com's customer service takes the cake. If you didn't read about our experience, here's what a Signazon.com representative told us:

We have the right to refuse service with anyone and we're tired of babysitting you.

Besides being unprofessional, insulting your customers is just bad for business. Signazon.com receives our worst customer service award, and it's not even close.
