Magnetic signs are easy to apply, but you want to make sure you take the appropriate measures to prevent them from scratching your vehicle's surface.

1. Clean the magnetic area of your sign with a damp paper towel.
2. Clean the area of your vehicle where you're applying your sign with a damp paper towel.
3. Position one edge of the sign onto your vehicle, and let the remainder of the sign stick accordingly. If you want to reposition your sign, remove it completely from your vehicle and repeat this step. Do not slide your sign as it can stretch it and scratch your vehicle.
4. Use your hand to smooth out your sign so it's flat against your vehicle's surface.
5. If you purchased two signs, repeat this process on the other side of your vehicle.

Your magnetic signs should last for a long time if you take care of them properly. When you're not using them, keep them in a cool, dry area and store them flat. By doing so, you will help your signs retain their shape.
