Overall Experience  

Our experience with iPrint.com was okay. Their sign design tool is below-average, and it's difficult to upload graphics to your signage. However, their customer service is top-notch. They also thanked us for a suggestion we made to improve the usability of their sign design tool. It's important to note that iPrint.com has a 6 day turnaround time which is quite a bit longer than the average time from other sign companies. All in all, iPrint.com is your average signage company.

iPrint.com's Prices  

iPrint.com offers yard signs, car magnets, banners, bumper stickers, and static cling signs. Their prices for most of their products are competitive. However, iPrint.com's prices for banners are on the high side, and they can only include text. If you're shopping for banners and are price conscious, we recommend checking out BuildASign. BuildASign's prices are less expensive, their sign design tool is excellent, and their banners can include both text and graphics.

iPrint.com's Quality  

The quality of iPrint.com's signage is slightly above average when you compare it with the signage we've purchased from other companies. The text on our sign could have been sharper. However, the quality of the material itself was good.

iPrint.com's customer service is helpful and fast. They offer customer service by phone, email, and live help. iPrint.com is always looking for new features to add to their site and openly welcome suggestions from their customers. iPrint.com's customer service ranks up there with the best as they have always responded to our inquiries within one business day.
